رابطه بخشش و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی با توجه به نقش میانجی عواطف در دانشجویان دانشگاه

چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه‌ی علی بخشش و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی با میانجی‌گری عواطف مثبت و منفی در دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران بود. در این مطالعه‌ی علّی- همبستگی، جامعه‌ی آماری را کلیه‌ی دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز تشکیل می‌دادند که به روش تصادفی چند مرحله‌یی 352 نفر به عنوان نمونه از میان آنها انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای استفاده شده در این پژوهش مقیاس گرایش به بخشش هارتلند (HFS)، برنامه‌ی عاطفه‌ی مثبت و منفی (PANAS) و مقیاس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (PWBS) بودند. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی با استفاده از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتیجه‌ها نشان دادند که بخشش هم به صورت مستقیم و هم غیرمستقیم از طریق عاطفه‌ی مثبت با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی رابطه دارد. رابطه‌ی غیرمستقیم بخشش با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی از طریق عاطفه‌ی منفی تأیید نشد.
