بررسی رابطه علی تنظیم هیجان و سبک های تصمیم گیری با توجه به نقش میانجی خودتاملی و بینش

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر سبک‌های تصمیم گیری با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی‌گرانه خودتاملی و بینش انجام گرفت. این مطالعه از نوع پژوهش‌های همبستگی با استفاده از مدل‌یابی علی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان شرکت پالایش گاز پارسیان تشکیل دادند که از میان آن ها 178 نفر به عنوان نمونه از میان واحدهای مختلف پالایشگاه از طریق نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب گردید. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و همکاران (2002)، خودتاملی و بینش گرنت و همکاران (2002) و سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری اسکت وبراس (1995) بود. تحلیل داده ها از طریق الگوی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS-21 انجام گرفت. تحلیل مدل‌یابی معدلات ساختاری نشان داد که الگوی پیشنهادی برازنده داده ها می باشد. نشان همچنین نتایج نشان دادند که راهبردهای کارآمد تنظیم هیجان هم به صورت مستقیم و هم از طریق خودتاملی و بینش بر سبک تصمیم‌گیری کارآمد اثر می‌گذارند. از این رو سازمان‌ها با به کارگیری راهکارهای مناسب به منظور تنطیم و مدیریت هیجانات کارکنان خود، نه تنها می‌توانند خطاهای مربوط به تصمیم-گیری را کاهش دهند بلکه از این طریق می‌توانند موجب کاهش حوادث و سوانح در محیط کار شوند.
