مقایسه اثربخشی مشاوره فردی (رویکردآدلر) با رفتاردرمانی عقلانی– هیجانی (رویکرد الیس) بر کاهش علائم اختلال سلوک دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی مشاوره فردی آدلر با رفتاردرمانی عقلانی– هیجانی الیس بر کاهش علائم اختلال سلوک دانش‌آموزان ششم ابتدایی شهرستان مراغه بود. به منظور انجام این پژوهش 30 نفر از دانش‌آموزانی که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در پرسشنامه اختلال سلوک (RSDCD) نمره بالاتر از 35 گرفته بودند انتخاب و به صورت جایگزینی تصادفی در سه گروه 10 نفری آدلری، الیسی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. متغیر مستقل برای گروه آدلری و الیسی در 8 جلسه 35 دقیقه‌ای در طول سه هفته متوالی اجرا شد. اما گروه کنترل سیر طبیعی تحصیل خود را ادامه دادند. روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی و از نوع پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان که در هر دو گروه آدلری و الیسی نسبت به گروه کنترل شدت علائم اختلال سلوک کاهش یافته بود. همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی LSD نشان داد که میزان علائم اختلال سلوک در گروه الیسی کمتر از گروه آدلری و گروه کنترل است و میزان اختلال سلوک در گروه مشاوره آدلری کمتر از گروه گواه است. پس می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که هر دو روش آدلری و الیسی بر کاهش نشانه‌های اختلال سلوک مفید به نظر می‌رسند. اما میزان اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی عقلانی – هیجانی الیس بیشتر از مشاوره فردی آدلری می‌باشد.
