اثربخشی یکپارچه‌سازی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی مبتنی بر ذهن شفقت‌ورز بر کاهش واکنش‌پذیری شناختی و انگیزه‌های اقدام به خودکشی در افراد اقدام کننده

چکیده

این پژوهش باهدف اثربخشی یکپارچه‌سازی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی مبتنی بر ذهن شفقت‌ورز بر کاهش واکنش‌پذیری شناختی و انگیزه‌های اقدام به خودکشی در افراد اقدام کننده انجام شد. روش‌ تحقیق حاضر از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس-آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را کلیه‌ی افراد 16 تا 40 ساله اقدام کننده به خودکشی به روش مسمومیت دارویی در فاصله ماه‌های مهر تا بهمن سال 1396 به بیمارستان‌ امام خمینی (ره) شهر کرمانشاه تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 26 نفر از افراد اقدام کننده به خودکشی و داوطلب شرکت در مداخله بودند، که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه گمارده شدند. گروه‌ آزمایش 14 جلسه درمان یکپارچه رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی مبتنی بر ذهن شفقت‌ورز را دریافت کردند. آزمودنی‌های گروه‌های‌ آزمایشی و گواه در مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون به پرسشنامه‌های واکنش‌پذیری شناختی و انگیزه برای اقدام به خودکشی پاسخ دادند. پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌منظور رعایت جوانب اخلاقی، برای اعضای گروه لیست انتظار 10 جلسه مشاوره گروهی برگزار شد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری (ANCOVA) نشان داد که درمان یکپارچه بر واکنش پذیری و انگیزه اقدام به خودکشی اثربخش است. توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده مبنی بر اثربخشی یکپارچه‌سازی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی مبتنی بر ذهن شفقت‌ورز بر کاهش مؤلفه‌های واکنش‌پذیری شناختی و انگیزه‌های اقدام به خودکشی می‌توان از این مداخله در کنار درمان دارویی و دیگر درمان‌های مبتنی بر شواهد برای افراد اقدام کننده به خودکشی به‌عنوان روش‌ درمانی مفید و مکمل استفاده نمود.
