بررسی اثربخشی فراشناخت درمانی ولز بر افزایش شادکامی و کاهش اضطراب دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره‌ی دوم مقطع متوسطه شهر خرم آباد

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی فراشناخت درمانی بر افزایش شادکامی و کاهش اضطراب دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره‌ی دوم مقطع متوسطه‌ی شهرستان خرم آباد بود. پژوهش حاضر، شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون به همراه پیگیری با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. نمونه‌ی آماری شامل 30 نفر از دانش‌آموزان مدارس شهر خرم آباد بود که به روش خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش در معرض 7 جلسه‌ی فراشناخت درمانی ولز قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش عبارت بود از: پرسشنامه‌ی شادکامی آکسفورد (1990) و پرسشنامه‌ی اضطراب بک (1988). هر دو گروه در سه مرحله‌ی پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری مورد ارزشیابی قرار گرفتند. داده-های گردآوری شده با تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌های مکرر تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل آماری نشان داد که فراشناخت درمانی ولز بر افزایش شادکامی و کاهش اضطراب مؤثر است و این نتیجه در مرحله پیگیری پایدار بود.
