ارتباط شکنندگی باورهای شادی و شادمانی تجربه‌شده: نقش تعدیل-گر خوش‌بینی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط شکنندگی باورهای شادی و شادمانی تجربه‌شده با نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی خوش‌بینی انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش پیمایشی، 225 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید باهنر شهر کرمان شرکت کردند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای و از پرسشنامه‌های خوش‌بینی-بدبینی (LOT)، شکنندگی شادی (FHS) و شادی درونی (SHS) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه سلسه مراتبی و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-22 تحلیل شدند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که شکنندگی باورهای شادی رابطه منفی معنی‌داری با شادمانی تجربه‌شده دارد. علاوه بر این، خوش-بینی توانست رابطه میان این متغیرها را تعدیل کند. به عبارت دیگر، خوش‌بینی رابطه‌ی شکنندگی باورهای شادی را بر شادمانی تجربه‌شده کاهش داد. بر این اساس، می‌توان با طراحی و اجرای مجموعه برنامه‌های آموزشی جهت ارتقای خوش‌بینی در دانشجویان به کاهش ارتباط شکنندگی باورهای شادی و شادمانی تجربه‌شده در آنان دست یافت
