ویژگیهای روان سنجی پرسشنامههای سنجش رضایت شغلی کارکنان و رضایت مشتریان بانک صادرات ایران
هدف پژوهش حاضر ساخت و اعتباریابی ابزاری استاندارد و ویژه برای سنجش رضایت شغلی کارکنان و رضایت مشتریان بانک و تعیین عوامل هر یک بود. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی– پیمایشی بود و به این منظور دو پرسشنامه سنجش رضایت شغلی ویژه کارکنان بانک و رضایت مشتریان بانک طراحی شد. در مطالعهی مقدماتی خصوصیات روانسنجی از جمله رواییمحتوا و صوری هر دو پرسشنامه وارسی شد. سپس پرسشنامههای نهایی در بین نمونه 873 نفری از کارکنان شعب بانکصادرات ایران در شهر تهران و نمونه350 نفری مشتریان بانک مذکور باروش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب و اجرا شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی ضمن تأیید ساختار نظری اولیه، هفت عامل را به عنوان عوامل مهم رضایت شغلی کارکنان بانک نشان داد که به ترتیب عبارتند از: تأمین نیازهای مادی و روانی، روابط با همکاران و مشتری، ماهیت کار، روابط با سرپرست، منزلت، مسئولیت و احترام، عوامل محیطی کار و جو سازمانی. میزان رضایت شغلی کارکنان بانک در حد متوسط بود. ضعیفترین احساس رضایت شغلی کارکنان مربوط به جو سازمانی نامناسب، ارضای نیازهای مادی و معنوی و عوامل محیطی شعب بانک بود. در کنار آن کارکنان احساس رضایتمندی مطلوبی نسبت به همدلی و همکاری در بین همکاران و با دیگران و نیز شایستگی و صلاحیت روسا داشتند.نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی پرسشنامه رضایت مشتری نیز ضمن تأیید ساختار نظری اولیه چهار عامل را در تأمین رضایت مشتریان مهم نشان داد، که عبارتند از: رضایت از کارکنان و فرایندها، رضایت از محیط فیزیکی، موانع تجهیزاتی خدمت رسانی و موانع انسانی خدمت رسانی. میزان رضایت مشتریان بانک صادرات در حد خوب و مطلوب بود.

رابطه انگاره ذهنی از خدا با روانپریشی و جسمیسازی در دانشجویان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطهی انگارهی ذهنی از خدا با روانپریشی و جسمیسازی در دانشجویان میباشد. بدین منظور تعداد 363 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی تهران و ایران با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. مقیاسهای روانپریشی و جسمیسازی در چک لیست نشانگان رفتاری (دراگوتیس و همکاران، 1973) و مقیاس انگارهی ذهنی از خدا (گورساچ، 1968) بر روی دانشجویان اجرا شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که میزان روانپریشی و جسمیسازی دانشجویان را میتوان از نوع انگارهی ذهنی آنان از خدا پیشبینی کرد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، دانشجویان دختری که انگارهی ذهنی مثبتی از خدا داشتند از روانپریشی و جسمیسازی کمتر و دانشجویان پسری که انگارهی ذهنی مثبت از خدا داشتند و خداوند را بینهایت و در ورای زمان و مکان به حساب میآوردند، از روانپریشی کمتری برخوردار بودند. لازم به توضیح است که هر چند ارتباط میان برخی از سازههای پژوهش از لحاظ آماری معنیدار است، اما قدرت تبیینکنندگی این روابط ضعیف است.

طراحی و آزمون الگویی از پیشایندها و پیامدهای موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی در یک سازمان صنعتی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و آزمون الگویی از پیشایندها و پیامدهای موفقیت کارراهه ذهنی در یک سازمان صنعتی بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 400 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش پرسشنامههای مهارت سیاسی، شخصیتی نئو (Neo-FFI) حمایت سرپرست، دلبستگی شغلی، قصد ترک شغل و تعهد عاطفی را تکمیل نمودند.ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS ویراست 17 و AMOS ویراست 16 انجام گرفت. نتایج حاکی از برازش نسبتاً خوب الگو با دادهها بود. همچنین، از 7 فرضیه پژوهش 6 فرضیه مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند.

ویژگیهای روانسنجی مقیاس رجحانهای زود/دیر خوابیدن در بین کارکنان دانشگاه شهید چمران
هدف این پژوهش بررسی اندازهگیری ویژگیهای روانسنجی (پایایی و روایی سازه) مقیاس رجحانهای زود/ دیر خوابیدن در بین کارکنان دانشگاه شهید چمران بود.در این پژوهش 200 نفر از کارکنان اداری دیپلم به بالا دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز به صورت تصادفی ساده برگزیده شدند و به مقیاس رجحانهای زود/ دیر خوابیدن و پرسشنامه سنخ شخصیتی بامدادی-شامگاهی پاسخ دادند. تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی (با روش چرخش واریماکس) در مقیاس رجحانهای زود/ دیر خوابیدن سه عامل (فعالیت عمومی، جهتگیری بامدادی و جهتگیری شامگاهی) که رویهم 83/48% واریانس مقیاس تبیین کردند. همچنین بر اساس ساختار عاملی تأییدی مدل سه عاملی با یک اصلاح نسبت به مدل یک عاملی با دو تعدیل در جامعه برازندهتر است. نتیجههای به دست آمده در مورد همسانی درونی کل مقیاس و عاملهای سه گانه بیانگر پایایی در حد قابل قبول مقیاس بود. همبستگی بین هر یک از مادههای مقیاس با نمرهی کل مادهها از 41/0 تا 64/0 متغیر و همگی معنادار بودند. ضریب روایی همزمان بین مقیاس رجحانهای زود/ دیر خوابیدن و خرده مقیاسها با پرسشنامه جهتگیری سنخ شخصیتی بامدادی-شامگاهی معنادار بودند. با توجه به روایی و پایایی مقیاس رجحانهای زود/ دیر خوابیدن میتوان از این مقیاس در محیطهای صنعتی و سازمانی، بالینی و تحقیقاتی در راستای جایگزین کردن کارکنان در نوبتهای کاری، افزایش کارایی، پیشگیری و کاهش صدمات جسمانی و روانی انسانها استفاده کرد.

رابطه رویدادهای استرسزای زندگی، کیفیت خواب و خشنودی شغلی با خستگی مزمن در کارکنان یک شرکت صنعتی
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی رابطهی ساده و چندگانه رویدادهای استرسزای زندگی، کیفیت خواب و خشنودی شغلی با خستگی مزمن در کارمندان یک شرکت صنعتی انجام شده است. نمونهی مورد بررسی شامل 225 نفر از کارمندان شرکت صنعتی بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از ابزارهای مقیاس خستگی چالدر، مقیاس رویدادهای زندگی، شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتزبرگ و مقیاس خشنودی شغلی استفاده شد. دادههای به دست آمده با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیری به روش ورود مکرر و گام به گام مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که رویدادهای استرسزا، کیفیت خواب و خشنودی شغلی با خستگی مزمن ارتباط معنیداری دارند. همچنین نتیجه نشان داد که کیفیت خواب، بهترین پیشبینی کنندهی خستگی مزمن در کارمندان است.

رابطه بین مشارکت در تصمیمگیری با تنش شغلی با توجه به نقش میانجی عدالت رویهای و بیاعتمادی بین فردی
در این پژوهش رابطهی مشارکت در تصمیمگیری با تنش شغلی با توجه به نقش میانجی عدالت رویهای و بیاعتمادی بین فردی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعهی آماری کارکنان مرد یک مجموعه صنعتی در شهر اصفهان (به تعداد 800 نفر) میباشند که از بین آنها 211 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای سنجش شامل شاخص تنش شغلی (کاهن و همکاران، 1964)، مقیاس عدالت رویهای (مورمن، 1991)، پرسشنامه بیاعتمادی بین فردی (میلر، 1991) و مشارکت در تصمیمگیری (میلر، 1991) بودند. دادهها از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، الگوسازی معادله ساختاری (SEM)، تحلیل رگرسیون میانجی و آزمون سوبل مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتیجهی الگوسازی معادله ساختاری نشان داد که مشارکت در تصمیمگیری، 4/6 درصد از واریانس عدالت رویهای را تبیین میکند، اما با بیاعتمادی بین فردی دارای رابطهی معنیداری (05/0P>) نیست. عدالت رویهای نیز، 3/17 درصد از واریانس بیاعتمادی بین فردی را و عدالت رویهای و بیاعتمادی بین فردی، 1/24 درصد از واریانس تنش شغلی را تبیین نمودند. تحلیل میانجی نشان داد که عدالت رویهای، متغیر میانجی کامل در رابطه مشارکت در تصمیمگیری با بیاعتمادی بین فردی و تنش شغلی است. اما بیاعتمادی بین فردی در رابطه عدالت رویهای با تنش شغلی، نقش یک متغیر میانجی پارهای را ایفاء مینماید.

بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر میزان سلامت روان دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر میزان سلامت روان دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز میباشد. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تجربی میدانی میباشد که با استفاده از طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام میگیرد. در این پژوهش برای سنجش سلامت روان از پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی GHQ-28 استفاده شده است. جامعهی آماری تحقیق کلیه دانشجویان (432n=) پسر واحد تربیت بدنی عمومی 1 و 2 دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در سال تحصیلی 85-84 میباشند که از این میان آنها پس از محاسبهی نمرهی سلامت روان، آن دسته از دانشجویانی که نمرهی سلامت عمومی آنها یک و نیم انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین (35/22± 58) بود،70 نفر به طور تصادفی ساده انتخاب و سپس این افراد به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (35n=) و گواه (35n=) تقسیم شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها توسط SPSS16 و با استفاده روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری انجام شد. بررسی یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که تمرین هوازی بر روی افسردگی (004/0>p) و اضطراب (005/0>p) تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد، در حالی که هیچ گونه تأثیر معنیداری بر روی شکایت جسمانی و اختلال در کارکرد اجتماعی نداشته است.

مقایسه بازشناسی بیان چهرهای هیجان و پردازش شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی و افراد بهنجار
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه بازشناسی بیان چهرهای هیجان و پردازش شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی (آشفته و پارانوئید) و افراد بهنجار میباشد. روش پژوهش حاضر علّی – مقایسهای است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 60 بیمار مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی (30 نفر پارانوئید و 30 نفر آشفته) و 30 نفر از افراد بهنجار که از لحاظ جنس، سن و تحصیلات با گروه بیمار همتا شده بودند، با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از آزمون بازشناسی بیان چهرهای هیجان، آزمون حافظه وکسلر، آزمون استروپ و پرسشنامه پردازش اطلاعات استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری و آزمون تعقیبیLSD استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که بین سه گروه در بازشناسی بیان چهرهای هیجان تفاوت معنیدار وجود دارد و افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی در بازشناسی چهرهای هیجان نقص دارند. همچنین افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی پارانوئید از نظر متغیر فوق بهتر از افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی آشفته عمل کردند. علاوه بر این، بین سه گروه در سرعت پردازش، پردازش اطلاعات و حافظه کلامی و غیرکلامی تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت. افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی از نوع آشفته از نظر متغیرهای پردازش اطلاعات، حافظه کلامی و غیرکلامی نسبت به دو گروه دیگر در وضعیت پایینتری قرار داشتند، از لحاظ سرعت پردازش افراد بهنجار در وضعیت بالاتر نسبت به دو گروه دیگر قرار داشتند. نقص در بازشناسی بیان چهرهای هیجان و پردازش شناختی در بیماران اسکیزوفرنی عمیقتر از افراد بهنجار میباشد، همچنین این نقایص در بیماران آشفته برجستهتر از بیماران پارانوئید میباشد. این نتیجهها تلویحات مهمی برای پیگیری و درمان مبتلایان به اسکیزوفرنی دارد.

افزایش رشد پس از سانحه در طی زمان و رابطهی آن با سبکهای مقابلهای و خوشبینی در افراد مبتلا به HIV مثبت
یکی از موضوعهای مطرح شده در روانشناسی سلامت، بررسی اثرات مثبت ضربههای روانی روی افراد مواجه شده با حوادث ناگوار و تعیین متغیرهایی است که این اثرات مثبت را تسهیل میکنند. هدف این تحقیق بررسی نقش سبکهای مقابلهای و خوشبینی در افزایش میزان رشد پس از سانحه روی نمونهای از افراد مبتلا به ویروس HIV در طول یک دوره 6 ماهه بود. برای این منظور، نمونهای از افراد آلوده به ویروس HIV (80 = N) که به تازگی این تشخیص را دریافت کرده بودند (کمتر از دو ماه) و به مرکز مشاوره بیماریهای رفتاری خاص تحت نظارت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز مراجعه کرده بودند، به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از آنجا که هدف تحقیق بررسی تغییرات رشد پس از سانحه در طی یک مدت 6 ماهه بود، پرسشنامههای رشد پس از سانحه، جهتگیری زندگی و سبکهای مقابلهای در ابتدای تحقیق و پرسشنامه رشد پس از سانحه 6 ماه بعد مجدداً روی همان افراد اجرا شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری فرضیهها از روش t – test همبسته و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاد شد. تحلیل آماری نشان داد که رشد پس از سانحه به طور معناداری در طی 6 ماه افزایش یافته است (001/0 ≥ P، 86/3 = t). به علاوه تحلیل رگرسیون روشن کرد که سبکهای انطباقی مسألهمدار و هیجانمدار با توجه به زمان استفاده از آنها، تأثیر متفاوتی در رشد پس از سانحه دارند. رابطه خوشبینی با رشد پس از سانحه معنادار نبود. این نتایج تلویحات مهمی هنگام کار روی افراد مواجه شده با ضربه روانی دارد. بر این اساس متخصصان بالینی باید از امکان وقوع رشد آگاه باشند و آن را تسهیل نمایند.

نقش خودکارآمدی ریاضی، جهتگیریهای هدفی و اضطراب ریاضی بر عملکرد ریاضی دانشآموزان سال دوم متوسطه (رشته ریاضی) شهر تهران
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر متغیر انگیزشی جهتگیری هدفی و اضطراب امتحان بر عملکرد درس ریاضی، با میانجیگری خودکارآمدی ریاضی، میباشد. برای انجام این تحقیق 240 دانشآموز، 120دختر و 120پسر، پایه دوم رشته ریاضی دبیرستانهای دولتی شهر تهران به روش تصادفی چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامههای جهتگیری هدفی، خودکارآمدی ریاضی و اضطراب ریاضی را تکمیل نمودند. همچنین، به منظور سنجش میزان عملکرد تحصیلی در درس ریاضی از نمرههای امتحان پایان سال درس ریاضیات استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که خودکارآمدی ریاضی میانجی مناسبی در رابطه جهتگیریهای هدفی و اضطراب ریاضی با عملکرد ریاضی نیست؛ اما مسیرهای مستقیم هدف تبحرگرا با خودکارآمدی ریاضی، هدف عملکردگریز با خودکارآمدی ریاضی و اضطراب ریاضی با خودکارآمدی ریاضی معنیدار بودند. بالاخره، یکمدل اصلاحی، با میانجیگری اضطراب ریاضی، نیز آزمایش شد و برازندهتر از مدل با میانجی خودکارآمدی بود.

مقایسه کمالگرایی، الکسی تایمی و سلامت روان در بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر با افراد سالم
هدف این پژوهش مقایسه کمالگرایی، الکسی تایمی و سلامتروان در بین بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر (IBS) و افراد سالم مراجعه کننده به مطبهای گوارش شهر اهواز است که در تابستان و پاییز 1388 اجرا شد. نمونهی پژوهش حاضر 144 نفر، شامل 72 بیمار مبتلا به IBS و 72 فرد سالمی بود که به عنوان همراه بیمار در مطب حضور داشتند و با تکمیل فرمAPS ، TAS-20و GHQ در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. جهت آزمون فرضیهها از روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری در سطح معنیداری 05/0 P<استفاده شد. یافتهها بیانگر این بود که بیماران IBS از نظر این سه ویژگی با افراد سالم تفاوت معنیدار دارند، به طوری که افراد بیمار در مقایسه با افراد سالم، کمالگراتر و الکسیتایمی کمتر بوده و از سلامت روان پایینتری برخوردارند.
