اثربخشی شناخت درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی در کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی دانشآموزان مدارس دبیرستانی
در پژوهشهای روان درمانی ذهن آگاهی به عنوان یک حالت ارتقاء دهنده تفکر خودآگاهی برای بهبود بهزیستی در نظر گرفته میشود. در این پژوهش، اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی به شیوه گروهی در کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی دانشآموزان مدارس دبیرستانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.روش این پژوهش آزمایشی، طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. نمونه شامل 40 نفر از دانشآموزان پسر دبیرستانی شهر خرم آباد بود. ابتدا از 420 نفر از افراد آزمون اضطراب و افسردگی به عمل آمد؛ سپس افرادی از جامعه فوق که طبق معیار نقطه برش بالینی در سطح غیر نرمالی قرار داشتند انتخاب شدند و مورد مصاحبه بالینی ساختار یافته قرار گرفتند. از این تعداد، 20 نفر برای گروه آزمایش و 20 نفر برای گروه گواه به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. درمان ذهن آگاهی طی 8 جلسه نود دقیقهای، هر هفته یک جلسه اجرا شد. پس از اتمام جلسهها پس آزمون روی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل اجرا گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل واریانسهای چند متغیری، بیانگر کاهش معنیدار اضطراب و افسردگی در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه است (01/0p<) شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی میتواند باعث سلامت روانشناختی در دانشآموزان شود.

نقش واسطهای خودتنظیمگری در رابطه بین سبکهای دلبستگی و ناگویی هیجانی
هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسطهای خودتنظیمگری در رابطه بین سبکهای دلبستگی ایمن، اجتنابی و دوسوگرا با ناگویی هیجانی بود. ششصد و دوازده نفر (282 مرد، 330 زن) از جمعیت عمومی شهر تهران در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. از شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش خواسته شد مقیاس دلبستگی بزرگسال(AAI) ، "مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو (FTAS) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس خودتنظیمگری (SRI-S) را تکمیل کنند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن با ناگویی هیجانی رابطهی منفی معنیدار و بین سبکهای دلبستگی اجتنابی و دوسوگرا با ناگویی هیجانی رابطهی مثبت معنیدار وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که خودتنظیمگری در رابطه بین سبکهای دلبستگی و ناگویی هیجانی تأثیر واسطهای دارد. سبکهای دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن از طریق خودتنظیمگری در دو جهت متضاد تغییرات مربوط به ناگویی هیجانی را پیشبینی میکنند. بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که تأثیر واسطهای خودتنظیمگری در رابطه بین سبکهای دلبستگی و ناگویی هیجانی جزیی است.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی برخی متغیرهای شناختی، انگیزشی، هیجانی، و شخصیتی، به عنوان پیشبینهای بروز سرآمدی تحصیلی در دانشآموزان پایه اول متوسطه بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی و از نوع پیشبینی است، و آزمودنیهای آن را 135 دانشآموز دختر و پسر شاغل در مدارس استعدادهای درخشان، و 178 دانشآموز دختر و پسر عادی شاغل در مدارس دولتی شهر سبزوار تشکیل میدهند. انتخاب گروه نمونه در دانشآموزان عادی به روش تصادفی مرحلهای، و در مورد دانشآموزان سرآمد به روش سرشماری، میباشد. ابزارهای استفاده شده در پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای: 1- انگیزش مدرسه (ISM) 2- هدفگرایی تحصیلی (AGOR) 3- هوش هیجانی شات 4- آگاهی فراشناختی (MAI) 5- سبکهای یادگیری (ILS) 6- رویکردهای مطالعه (ASI) 7- الگوهای یادگیری سازگار (PALS) 8- سازگاری برای دانشآموزان دبیرستانی (AISS) و 9- پرسشنامه شخصیت NEO-FFI میباشد. پایایی و روایی ابزارها توسط روشهای آلفای کرونباخ، و تنصیف، و همینطور تحلیل عامل تأییدی، و همسانی درونی، مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و تأیید شدند. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل ممیز استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که ترکیب خطی متغیرهای پژوهش قادر به پیشبینی سرآمدی تحصیلی در دانشآموزان پایه اول متوسطه شهرستان سبزوار میباشد. همچنین در تحلیل ممیز به روش گام به گام مشخص گردید کارآمدترین متغیرها در این خصوص به ترتیب 1- تنظیم بیرونی شناخت، 2- تنظیم فراشناختی، 3- ارزیابی و ابراز هیجان، 4- راهبرد مطالعه عمیق، 5- جهتگیری هدف عملکردی گرایشی، 6- سازگاری تحصیلی، 7- انگیزش درونی، 8- وظیفهشناسی، 9- روانرنجورخویی و 10- هدف عملکردی اجتنابی، میباشند. در بررسی متغیرها به صورت جداگانه نیز مشخص گردید که از مجموع 18 متغیر پژوهش، 10 متغیر شامل: جهتگیری هدف عملکردی گرایشی، جهتگیری هدف عملکردی اجتنابی، ارزیابی و ابراز هیجان، تنظیم فراشناختی، تنظیم شناختی معطوف به بیرون، راهبرد مطالعه عمیق، سازگاری تحصیلی، روانرنجورخویی، وظیفهشناسی، و گشودگی در برابر تجربه، پیشبینهای بروز سرآمدی تحصیلی در دانشآموزان پایه اول متوسطه شهرستان سبزوار محسوب میشوند.

اثر عدالت سازمانی بر عملکرد شغلی، تعهد سازمانی و قصد ترک شغل: نقش واسطهای اعتماد به نظام سازمان و اعتماد بینفردی
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر عدالت سازمانی بر عملکرد شغلی، تعهد سازمانی و قصد ترک شغل با میانجیگری اعتماد به نظام سازمان و اعتماد بینفردی بود. شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش شامل 340 نفر (262 مرد و 78 زن) از کارکنان شرکت ملی مناطق نفتخیز جنوب منطقه اهواز بودند که با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. از این تعداد 77 درصد مرد بودند و میانگین سنی شرکتکنندگان نیز 41 سال بود. پرسشنامههای عدالت سازمانی، اعتماد به سازمان، اعتماد به مدیریت ارشد، اعتماد به سرپرست، اعتماد به همکاران، عملکرد شغلی، تعهد سازمانی و قصد ترک شغل ابزارهای مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر بودند. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS ویراست 18 و AMOS ویراست 18 انجام گرفت. جهت آزمودن اثرهای واسطهای الگوی پیشنهادی از روش بوت استراپ استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان دادند که الگوی پیشنهادی از برازش نسبتاً خوبی با دادهها برخوردار است. برازش بهتر از طریق حذف 7 مسیر غیرمعنیدار (عدالت توزیعی، عدالت رویهای و عدالت تعاملی به عملکرد شغلی، عدالت تعاملی به تعهد سازمانی و قصد ترک شغل و اعتماد بین فردی به تعهد سازمانی و قصد ترک شغل) و همبسته کردن خطاهای دو مسیر حاصل شد. نتایج مربوط به تحلیل روابط واسطهایی نشان دادند به جز 4 مسیر غیرمستقیم (عدالت رویهای به تعهد سازمانی از طریق اعتماد بین فردی، عدالت تعاملی به تعهد سازمانی از طریق اعتماد بین فردی، عدالت رویهای به قصد ترک شغل از طریق اعتماد بین فردی و عدالت تعاملی به قصد ترک شغل از طریق اعتماد بین فردی) دیگر مسیرهای غیرمستقیم معنیدار بودند.

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه استان ایلام در رابطه با بهداشت فردی (بهداشت دوران قاعدگی) انجام شده است. در این پژوهش از روش تحقیق زمینهیابی استفاده شده است، سپس پرسشنامه 46 گویهای محقق ساخته با طیف 2 تا 6 گزینهای بر روی آزمودنیها اجرا شد. به منظور تحلیل دادههای به دست آمده از آمار توصیفی (توزیع فراوانی، درصد، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و از آمار استنباطی(t تک گروهی، خی دو) استفاده گردید. افرادی که در این پژوهش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتهاند، کلیه دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه شاخه نظری استان ایلام میباشند که تعداد آنها 14026 نفر میباشد. در این پژوهش، نمونهگیری به روش خوشهای چند مرحلهای انجام شده است که تعداد نمونهها بر طبق جدول مورگان 375 نفر میباشد. نتایج آزمون t نشان داد که میزان آگاهی دانشآموزان در حوزه بهداشت دوران قاعدگی مطلوب است، همچنین نتایج این آزمون در حوزه نگرش نشان داد که نگرش آزمودنیها در حوزه بهداشت دوران قاعدگی نامطلوب است، نتایج آزمون t در حوزه عملکرد نشان داد که عملکرد دانشآموزان در حوزه بهداشت دوران قاعدگی نسبتاً مطلوب است.

بررسی رابطه برخی متغیرهای شغلی و سازمانی با رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان با توجه به نقش میانجیگری استرس شغلی
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه برخی متغیرهای شغلی و سازمانی با رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان با توجه به نقش میانجیگری استرس شغلی بود. از اینرو 200 معلم زن مدارس دخترانه دولتی ایلام به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان سامچ و دراچ- زهاوی، اعتماد سازمانی چاثوث، مک، جاوهاری و ماناکتولا، عدالت سازمانی کالکولیت، اخلاق کاری اسلامی علی و استرس شغلی پارکر و دکوئیتز بودند. طرح پژوهشی همبستگی (از نوع تحلیل ساختاری) بود. دادهها از روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و استفاده از نرم افزارهای Spss ویراست 16 و AMOS ویراست 20 تحلیل شدند. تحلیل دادههای پژوهش، برازندگی مدل فرضی پژوهش را تأیید کردند و نشان دادند که عدالت سازمانی و اخلاق کاری اسلامی بر رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان اثر مستقیم دارند؛ اما اثر مستقیم اعتماد سازمانی بر رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان تأیید نشد. تحلیل روابط میانجی با روش بوت استراپ نیز نشان داد که استرس شغلی در رابطه اعتماد سازمانی و اخلاق کاری اسلامی با رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان، نقش میانجی دارد؛ اما در رابطه عدالت سازمانی و رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان، این نقش را ایفا نمیکند. با توجه به نقشی که رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی معلمان در پیامدهای مدرسه دارد، بایستی به عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن از جمله متغیرهای مورد بررسی در این پژوهش توجه نمود.

پژوهش حاضر جهت تعیین اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر رابطه والد- کودک (CPRT) بر بهبود علائم اختلال سلوک در دانشآموزان دبستانی انجام گردید. این مطالعه از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه مورد مطالعهی آن شامل تمامی دانشآموزان پسر 8 سالهی دبستانهای پسرانه شهر اهواز بود. بر این اساس نمونهها از بین مادران 300 کودک مقطع دوم ابتدایی طی دو مرحله به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. در مرحله اول، مادران کودکانی انتخاب شدند که در فهرست رفتاری کودک (CBCL) نمرات فرزندان آنها بالاتر از نقطه برش مواد اختلال سلوک (64T= ) بود. در مرحله بعد و به منظور انتخاب نهایی، مادران تحت مصاحبه تشخیصی ساختیافته مبتنی بر DSM-IV-TR قرار گرفتند. در نهایت 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه گواه و آزمایش (15N= ) به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. سپس برنامه گروه درمانی مبتنی بر رابطه والد- کودک (CPRT) به مدت 70 روز در 10 جلسهی آموزشی 120 دقیقهای برای شرکتکنندگان گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. دادههای به دست آمده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که گروه آزمایشی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، پس از پایان جلسات آموزش برنامه گروه درمانی مبتنی بر رابطه والد-کودک، کاهش معنیداری در نمرات مقیاس اختلال سلوک پیدا کرده است (05/0 P<). با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش به نظر میرسد که آموزش مهارتهای ارائهشده در جلسات درمانی به مادران، از قبیل گوش دادن انعکاسی، محدودیت گذاری درمانی، شناسایی و پاسخدهی به احساسات کودکان، بازی درمانی کودک محور و نیز دادن حق انتخاب به کودکان از سوی مادران، سبب کاهش علائم و نشانههای مرضی اختلال سلوک در کودکان مبتلا میشود.

بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت تعارض کار-خانواده بر رضایت زناشویی زنان شاغل دانشگاه اصفهان
در سالهای گذشته تحقیقات زیادی در خصوص مطالعهی تعارض کار-خانواده، خانواده-کار، پیشایندها، پیامدها و تأثیر این تعارض بر افراد جامعه و سازمانها انجام شده است اما تعداد کمی از پژوهشها به بررسی تأثیر مدیریت تعارض کار-خانواده و خانواده-کار بر زندگی شغلی و خانوادگی افراد پرداختهاند. لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش مدیریت تعارض کار-خانواده بر رضایت زناشویی زنان شاغل دانشگاه اصفهان انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی همراه با گروه آزمایش و کنترل است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 62 نفر از زنان شاغل دانشگاه اصفهان بودند که بطور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش(31 نفر) و گروه کنترل (31 نفر) جایگزین شدند. در ابتدای پژوهش میزان تعارض کار-خانواده، خانواده-کار و رضایت زناشویی در بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه تعارض کار-خانواده نت مایر و رضایت زناشویی اینریچ جمعآوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، تحلیل کواریانس و کواریانس چند متغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در گروه آزمایش به مدت 7 جلسه برنامه آموزش مدیریت تعارض اجرا گردید و مجدداً میزان تعارض کار-خانواده، خانواده-کار و رضایت زناشویی در بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتایج تفاوت معناداری را بین گروه در زمینه تعارض کار-خانواده، خانواده-کار و میزان رضایت زناشویی نشان داد (01/0< P). در مجموع میتوان نتیجه گرفت که با ارایه مداخلات لازم جهت کمک به کارکنان در تسهیل تعارض کار- خانواده و خانواده- کار میتوان از عوارض سوء این تعارض بر زندگی خانوادگی آنها کاست و شاهد افزایش رضایت کارکنان از این بعد زندگیشان بود.

اثربخشی آموزش مؤلفههای هوش معنوی بر افزایش رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و سلامت عمومی
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش مولفههای هوش معنوی بر افزایش رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و سلامت عمومی معلمان زن شهر خرمآباد بود. آموزش مولفههای هوش معنوی (طی 5 جلسه آموزشی) به عنوان متغیر مستقل و افزایش رفتار شهروندی و سلامت عمومی به عنوان متغیرهای وابسته بودند. پژوهش حاضر یک طرح آزمایشی میدانی گروه گواه با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بود. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه هوش معنوی، پرسشنامه رفتار شهروندی و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 40 معلم زن شهر خرمآباد در سال تحصیلی 91-1390 بود که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که آموزش مولفههای هوش معنوی موجب افزایش رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و سلامت عمومی میشود.

اثربخشی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی-رفتاری بر ادراک بیماری، کیفیت زندگی، سلامت عمومی و علائم بالینی پسوریازیس
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی-رفتاری گروهی بر ادراک بیماری، کیفیت زندگی، سلامت عمومی و علائم بالینی پسوریازیس در بیماران زن مبتلا به پسوریازیس شهر اهواز بود. در این پژوهش برای انتخاب شرکت کنندگان، از نمونه در دسترس استفاده گردید، بدین صورت که از 51 نفر داوطلب جهت شرکت در پژوهش، 32 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه (آزمایش و گواه) 16 نفری گماشته شدند. همهی شرکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه کوتاه ادراک بیماری، شاخص کیفیت زندگی اسکیندکس 16، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی 28 سوالی و شاخص وسعت و شدت پسوریازیس پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه تحت آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی- رفتاری گروهی قرار گرفت و سپس در مرحله پس آزمون هر دو گروه به پرسشنامههای پژوهش پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آماری مانکوا و آنکوا مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی-رفتاری گروهی به طور معنیداری ادراک بیماری، کیفیت زندگی، سلامت روان و علائم بالینی افراد گروه آزمایش را در مقایسه با گروه گواه، بهبود بخشیده است. این یافتهها نشان میدهد که مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی-درمانی گروهی میتواند به عنوان یک شیوه روان درمانی انتخابی و مکمل درمان پزشکی در کمک به بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس در کنترل علائم بالینی بیماری و همچنین کاهش پیامدهای بیماری پسوریازیس سودمند باشد.

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت استرس بر پرخاشگری، فشار روانی والدگری و سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به ناتوانیهای یادگیری بود. طرح پژوهش، یک طرح گروه گواه با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بود. پس از انجام مصاحبه و اجرای سه ابزار روانشناختی شامل مقیاس فشار روانی والدگری، سیاهه پرخاشگری اهواز و پرسشنامهی سلامت عمومی 30 مادر انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. مداخله مدیریت استرس 8 جلسهای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. دادهها با استفاده از برنامه آماری SPSS و در سطح معنیداری 05/0 تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد ند که آموزش مدیریت استرس موجب کاهش پرخاشگری و فشار روانی والدگری و افزایش سلامت روان گروه آزمایش شد. نتایج نشان داد که در مدارس ویژه روشهای سازگاری برای مقابله با مشکلات و شرایط دشوار را میتوان به مادران آموزش داد.

بررسی رابطه فضیلت سازمانی با رفتار مدنی سازمانی، وفاداری سازمانی و بهزیستی معنوی در کارکنان شرکت بهرهبرداری نفت و گاز کارون
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه فضیلت سازمانی با رفتار مدنی سازمانی، وفاداری سازمانی و بهزیستی معنوی در کارکنان شرکت بهرهبرداری نفت و گاز کارون بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 227 نفر از کارکنان شرکت بهرهبرداری نفت و گاز کارون بودند که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش که یک طرح توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است، پرسشنامههای رفتار مدنی سازمانی کوونوسکی و ارگان، بهزیستی معنوی پالوتزیان و الیسون، وفاداری سازمانی علی و الکاظمی و فضیلت سازمانی کامرون و همکاران استفاده شدند که همهی آنها از پایایی و روایی مناسبی برخوردار بودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان دادند که فضیلت سازمانی و ابعاد آن با رفتار مدنی سازمانی، بهزیستی معنوی و وفاداری سازمانی همبستگی مثبت معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که از ابعاد فضیلت سازمانی به ترتیب خوشبینی سازمانی و بخشش سازمانی در تبیین واریانس رفتار مدنی سازمانی، خوشبینی سازمانی، صداقت سازمانی و بخشش سازمانی در تبیین واریانس بهزیستی معنوی و همینطور خوشبینی سازمانی و صداقت سازمانی در تبیین واریانس وفاداری سازمانی بیشترین نقش را ایفا میکنند. این یافتهها بیانگر نقش و اهمیت فضیلیت سازمانی در پیشبینی پیامدهای سازمانی تأکید دارد.
