طراحی و آزمودن الگویی از پیشایندها و پیامدهای مهم انگیزش شغلی در کارکنان شرکت ملی مناطق نفتخیز جنوب- منطقه اهواز
الگویی از پیشایندها و پیامدهای مهم انگیزش شغلی طراحی و روی یک نمونه 652 نفری از کارکنان شرکت ملی نفت مناطق نفتخیز جنوب-منطقه اهواز آزموده شد. الگوی پیشنهادی انگیزش شغلی پنج لایه را در بر میگیرد که از لایه اول تا پنجم به ترتیب شامل پیشایندهای دور (متغیرهای صفات انگیزشی، محدودیتهای رویهای و دشواری هدف)، پیشایندهای نزدیک (متغیرهای اخلاق کار اسلامی، خشنودی از درآمد، نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی، خودکارآمدی، ویژگیهای شغل و امنیت شغلی)، متغیر انگیزش شغلی، پیامدهای نزدیک (متغیرهای خشنودی شغلی، دلبستگی شغلی، تعهد سازمانی، تلاش و قصد ترک شغل) و پیامدهای دور (متغیرهای عملکرد شغلی و فشار روانی شغلی( میباشد. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی با استفاده از رویکرد دو مرحلهای اندرسون و گربینگ (1988) در الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) بر اساس نرمافزار AMOS ویراست 7 انجام گرفت. جهت آزمودن اثرهای واسطهای در الگوی پیشنهادی و تعیین معنیداری آنها نیز از روش بارون و کِنی (1986) و آزمون سوبِل (1982) استفاده گردید. گرچه تحلیلهای الگویابی معادلات ساختاری برازش الگو را با دادهها مورد حمایت قرار دادند، اما مقادیر برخی از شاخصهای برازندگی حاکی از آن بود که الگو نیاز به بهبود دارد. در نتیجه، با حذف مسیرهای غیرمعنیدار و اضافه نمودن چند مسیر جدید برازش بسیار خوب الگوی نهایی با دادهها حاصل گردید. استفاده از آزمون تفاوت مجذور کای نیز روند بهبود الگوی نهایی را مورد تأیید قرار داد.

ارتباط بینفرهنگی دو کشور ایران و هند در خصوص ویژگیهای شخصیتی و رابطه آن با خشنودی شغلی دبیران
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و مقایسه بین فرهنگی دو کشور ایران و هند از نظر ویژگیهای شخصیتی و رابطه آن با خشنودی شغلی دبیران دبیرستانهای شهر تهران (ایران) و پونا (هندوستان) در سال 1385 انجام گرفته است. متغیرهایی که در این تحقیق بررسی شدهاند شامل خشنودی شغلی و ابعاد آن (خشنودی از ماهیت کار، خشنودی از سرپرستی، خشنودی از حقوق، خشنودی از ترفیعات و خشنودی از همکاران)، و ویژگیهای شخصیتی شامل (روان رنجورخویی، برونگرایی، بازبودن، توافقپذیری و وظیفهشناسی) میباشند. نمونه تحقیق دبیران شهر تهران (224 نفر) و شهر پونا (223 نفر) بودند که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. در این مطالعه از دو پرسشنامه شامل: شاخص توصیف شغل (JDI) اسمیت، کندال و هیولین (1969)، و پرسشنامه شخصیت نئو (NEO)، کوستا و مککری (1992) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین ویژگی شخصیتی روان رنجورخویی و خشنودی از ماهیت کار، خشنودی از همکاران، خشنودی از حقوق، خشنودی از ترفیعات، خشنودی از سرپرستی و خشنودی از شغل به طور کلی در بین دبیران ایرانی و هندی همبستگی منفی وجود دارد. همچنین، بین ویژگی شخصیتی برونگرایی و خشنودی از همکاران، خشنودی از حقوق، خشنودی از ترفیعات، خشنودی از سرپرستی، و خشنودی از شغل به طور کلی در بین دبیران ایرانی و هندی همبستگی مثبت وجود دارد. بین ویژگی شخصیتی باز بودن و خشنودی از همکاران همبستگی منفی و بین ویژگی شخصیتی باز بودن و خشنودی از ترفیعات و خشنودی از شغل به طور کلی در بین دبیران ایرانی و هندی همبستگی مثبت وجود دارد. بین ویژگی شخصیتی توافقپذیری با خشنودی از حقوق، خشنودی از ترفیعات و خشنودی شغلی به طور کلی همبستگی مثبت در بین دبیران ایران و هند مشاهده شد. نتایج دیگر نشان دادند در بین دبیران ایرانی و هندی از لحاظ ویژگی شخصیتی و متغیرهای خشنودی شغلی تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد.
