چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی واقعیت‌درمانی بر سازگاری اجتماعی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و خودانتقادی افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیری که در سال 1396 به کلینیک‌های درمانی روان‌شناختی شهر اهواز مراجعه کرده بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 40 نفر به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و سپس به روش گمارش تصادفی ساده در گروه‌ آزمایشی و گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. طرح پژوهش از نوع تجربی پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس سازگاری اجتماعی ویسمن و پیکل، پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف و مقیاس خودانتقادی گیلبرت و همکاران استفاده شد. مداخله واقعیت‌درمانی بر روی گروه آزمایشی در 8 جلسه 120 دقیقه‌ای به مدت دو ماه اجرا گردید. پس از پایان مداخله، از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که واقعیت‌درمانی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و خودانتقادی در مراجعین مبتلا به اضطراب فراگیر تأثیر داشت اما، این مداخله بین گروه آزمایشی و گروه گواه از نظر سازگاری اجتماعی تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction
Among the dimensions of psychiatric pathology, anxiety is considered as one of the most common psychiatric disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of reality-therapy on social adjustment, psychological well-being and self-criticism among people with generalized anxiety disorder.

Method
The methodology of this research is a pre-test-post-test with control group one. The statistical population included all people with anxiety disorder, who referred to Ahvaz psychological treatment clinics in 2017. A sample of 40 people were selected using a targeted sampling method from the population, and were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. The average age of participants in the Reality Therapy group was 40.51 years and in the control group was 40.38 years. The inclusion criteria for entering the study was confirmation of generalized anxiety by using Beck test. Exclusion criteria was also not having consent to participate by subjects in any of research stages, or having a disorder other than anxiety, which is was asked as self-report and in the form of a general question of the subjects.
