مقایسه تأثیر رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی و تنظیم هیجانی بر تحمل پریشانی و اندیشه پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی

چکیده

اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی شایع ترین اختلال‌های رفتاری در دوران کودکی و نوجوانی است. کاستی‌های توجه نداشتن، بیش فعالی و تکانشگری می‌توانند به تحصیل و روابط اجتماعی اخلال ایجاد کنند. هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه تأثیر رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی و تنظیم هیجانی بر تحمل پریشانی و اندیشه پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش‌فعالی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند.به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از مقیاس های علائم کمبود توجه/ بیش فعالی کانرز، ارهاد و اسپارو (1999)؛ تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر (2005) و اندیشه پردازی خودکشی بک و استیر (1987) استفاده شد. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. گروه‌های آزمایش تحت رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی (12جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای) و تنظیم هیجانی (8جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای) قرار گرفتند.داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد هر دو درمان رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی و تنظیم هیجانی بر افزایش تحمل پریشانی و کاهش اندیشه پردازی خودکشی نوجوانان اثربخش بودند (0.01p)؛ بین دو درمان در افزایش تحمل پریشانی تفاوتی وجود نداشت اما رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی نسبت به تنظیم هیجانی، تأثیر بیشتری در بهبود اندیشه پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان بود. بنا بر این استفاده از رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی و آموزش تنظیم هیجانی موجب کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر در افراد مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی می‌شود.
