اثر بخشی برنامه غنی سازی رابطه بر سطح انرژی رابطه‌ای کارکنان و جو اعتماد و احترام در شرکت گاز استان اصفهان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثر بخشی برنامه غنی سازی رابطه بر سطح انرژی رابطه‌ای کارکنان و جو اعتماد و احترام در شرکت گاز استان اصفهان انجام شده و از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه بوده است. نمونه مورد مطالعه، 30 نفر از کارکنان داوطلب برای شرکت در این برنامه آموزشی بودند که با روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه انرژی رابطه‌ای (اوونز، باکر، سامپتر و کامرون) و پرسشنامه جو اعتماد و احترام (اسپریتزر و پوراس) بوده است که در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بر روی هر دو گروه اجرا شدند. برنامه غنی سازی رابطه در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا گردید، در حالی که هیچ مداخله‌ای روی گروه گواه، انجام نشد. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و با استفاده از نرم افزار 23SPSS- تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که پس از انجام مداخله، تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه آزمایش و گواه به وجود آمده است. به عبارت دیگر اجرای برنامه غنی سازی رابطه، انرژی رابطه‌ای کارکنان را در پس آزمون افزایش داده و منج ر به ایجاد جو اعتماد و احترام در شرکت گاز شده است. به موجب نتایج بدست آمده پیشنهاد می‌شود که مدیران با برگزاری برنامه غنی سازی رابطه، ضمن افزایش انرژی رابطه‌ای افراد، جو اعتماد و احترام را در محیط کار ایجاد کرده و به این ترتیب سازمان و کارکنان را از نتایج آن بهره‌مند سازند
