اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سرمایه های روانشناختی و روان رنجورخویی در مادران دارای فرزند سندرم داون

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سرمایه های روانشناختی و روان رنجورخویی مادران دارای فرزند سندرم داون بوده است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ روش نیمه آزمایشی بود که با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مادران دارای فرزند سندرم داون شهر مشهد بود که از بین آن ها، 30 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای دریافت کردند. هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله پرسشنامه های اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، مقیاس سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز و پرسشنامه پنج عاملی شخصیت نئو (فرم کوتاه، خرده مقیاس روان رنجورخویی) را تکمیل نمودند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد منجر به بهبود سرمایه های روانشناختی خودکارامدی، امیدواری، تاب آوری، خوش بینی و روان رنجورخویی گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شده است (001/0 p <). براساس یافته های تحقیق، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سرمایه های روانشناختی و روان رنجورخویی مادران دارای فرزند سندرم داون اثرگذار است.
