رویکردی‌ بین‌ فرهنگی‌ در بررسی‌ رابطه‌ سبکهای‌ رهبری‌ با اثربخشی‌ و خشنودی‌ شغلی‌ کارکنان‌ در مجتمع‌ فولاد مبارکه‌ اصفهان‌

چکیده

   این‌ پژوهش‌ رابطه‌ بین‌ رفتار رهبری‌ و عملکرد مدیران‌ را با رضایت‌ و عملکرد کارکنان‌ فولاد مبارکه‌ بررسی‌ می‌کند. بیشتر پژوهشها در مورد رفتار مدیران‌ با نمونه‌های‌ غربی‌ به‌ دو عامل‌ برای‌ رفتار آنها منجر شده‌ است‌ که‌ ملاحظه‌کار و ساختده‌ نام‌ گرفته‌اند. در این‌ پژوهش‌ 235 نفر از کارکنان‌ مجتمع‌ فولاد و سرپرستان‌ آنها به‌ ابزارهای‌ پژوهش‌ شامل‌ پرسشنامه‌ توصیف‌ رفتار رهبری‌، شاخص‌ توصیف‌ شغل‌ و پرسشنامه‌ عملکرد پاسخ‌ دادند و سنجشهای‌ رفتار اجتنابی‌ شامل‌ غیبت‌ و تمایل‌ به‌ ترک‌ خدمت‌ نیز انجام‌ گرفت‌. نتایج‌ نشان‌ می‌دهند که‌ رفتار مدیران‌ با رضایت‌ و عملکرد کارکنان‌ رابطه‌ دارد اما دو عامل‌ متفاوت‌ از نمونه‌های‌ غربی‌ به‌ دست‌ آمد که‌ به‌ تبعیت‌ از ایمن‌ (1983) رفتار تسلط‌ جویانه‌ و پدرانه‌ خیرخواهانه‌ نامگذاری‌ شد. یافته‌ها در چارچوب‌ تفاوتهای‌ فرهنگی‌ تفسیر شده‌اند.
