چکیده

هدف‌ از اجرای‌ تحقیق‌ حاضر اعتباریابی‌ و مقایسه‌ انتظارات‌ خودکارآمدی‌ شغلی‌ در دانشجویان‌ پسر و دختر دانشگاه‌ شهید چمران‌ اهواز بود. برای‌ این‌ منظور به‌ تدوین‌ و اعتباریابی‌ مقیاس‌ راهنمای‌ انتظارات‌ خودکارآمدی‌ شغلی‌ برای‌ دانشجویان‌ دانشگاه‌ شهید چمران‌ نیز پرداخته‌ شد. نتایج‌ به‌ دست‌ آمده‌ درباره‌ پایایی‌ کل‌ مقیاس‌ و همچنین‌ درباره‌ خرده‌ مقیاسهای‌ نیازمندیهای‌ آموزشی‌، وظایف‌ شغلی‌، مشاغل‌ حیطه‌ مردانه‌ و مشاغل‌ حیطه‌ زنانه‌ حاکی‌ از پایایی‌ بالای‌ مقیاس‌ می‌باشند. ضرایب‌ روایی‌ همزمان‌ بین‌ مقیاس‌ انتظارات‌ خودکارآمدی‌ شغلی‌ با مقیاس‌ خودکارآمدی‌ عمومی‌ و با خرده‌ مقیاسهای‌ نیازمندیهای‌ آموزشی‌ و وظایف‌ شغلی‌ در کل‌ نمونه‌ و برای‌ دانشجویان‌ پسر و دختر همگی‌ معنی‌دار بودند. همچنین‌، تحلیل‌ واریانس‌ عاملی‌ با اندازه‌های‌ مکرر بر روی‌ عامل‌ مشاغل‌ ده‌ گانه‌ حیطه‌ مردانه‌ و زنانه‌ از خرده‌ مقیاس‌ نیازمندیهای‌ آموزشی‌ در بین‌ دانشجویان‌ پسر و دختر تفاوت‌ معنی‌دار نشان‌ داد، اما این‌ تفاوت‌ در خرده‌ مقیاس‌ وظایف‌ شغلی‌ معنی‌دار نبود. به‌ علاوه‌، میزان‌ انتظارات‌ خودکارآمدی‌ شغلی‌ دانشجویان‌ در مشاغل‌ ده‌ گانه‌ حیطه‌ مردانه‌ و زنانه‌، در مقایسه‌ با خرده‌ مقیاسهای‌ نیازمندیهای‌ آموزشی‌ و وظایف‌ شغلی‌، متفاوت‌ می‌باشند.

چکیده [English]

The objective of this study was to construct and validate an occupational expectation of self-efficacy scale for university students. The Results of this study showed a high reliability among the sub-scales, such as educational needs, occupational expectancies between men and women. Also, the concurrent validity coefficients within and among sub-scales such as job self-efficacy, educational needs, and job-duties in all samples significant. Also, a one way factor analysis of variance with repeated measures showed a significant difference among the male and female students on all the sub-scales except on educational needs. The were significant level of aO.O5 was adopted in this research.
