چکیده

این پژوهش به بررسی شیوع تعلل[1] و اثر دو روش درمان شناختی- رفتاری[2] و مدیریت رفتار[3] بر کاهش آن در دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانهای شهرستان اهواز پرداخته است. جامعه آماری دانش‌آموزان سال دوم دبیرستانهای شهر اهواز می‌باشند، که در سال تحصیلی 85-84 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. این پژوهش مشتمل بر دو نوع نمونه‌گیری است: نمونه شیوع که شامل 2000 دانش‌آموز دختر و پسر است که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و نمونه آزمایشی شامل 240 دانش‌آموز (180 دانش‌آموز تعللی و 60 دانش‌آموز غیرتعللی) می‌باشد که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردیدند. طرح پژوهش یک طرح آزمایشی میدانی با پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری می‌باشد. گروههای آزمایشی در 10 جلسه 50 دقیقه ای تحت دو روش درمان شناختی- رفتاری و مدیریت رفتار قرار گرفتند. پس از اعمال مداخله آزمایشی، بار دیگر میزان تعلل گروههای آزمایشی و گواه سنجیده شد (پس آزمون). پس از سه هفته، بار دیگر آزمودنیها پرسشنامه تعلل را تکمیل کردند (آزمون پیگیری). نتایج تحلیل واریانس دوراهه و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌های مکرر بیانگر تفاوت معنی‌داری در اثر روشهای درمان بر کاهش تعلل بوده است. در ضمن تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو جنس از لحاظ دو روش درمانی فوق الذکر مشاهده نشد. همچنین، میزان شیوع تعلل در جامعه دانش‌آموزی (17 درصد پسرها و 14 درصد دخترها) بالا گزارش شده است.
