مقایسه اثربخشی درمان ارتباطی والد-کودک با درمان تعامل والد-کودک بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی و سازگاری اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به نقص‌توجه/ بیش‌فعالی

چکیده

ضعف در مهارت‌های ارتباطی و سازگاری اجتماعی از مشکلات ثانویه نقص‌توجه/ بیش‌فعالی است که توجه به این مشکلات برای بهبود زندگی اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا حائز اهمیت است؛این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان ارتباطی والد-کودک و درمان تعامل والد-کودک بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی و سازگاری اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به نقص‌توجه/ بیش‌فعالی ٦ تا ١٢ سال، به روش نیمه‌تجربی با طرح تک‌آزمودنی انجام شد. در این پژوهش12 بار اندازه‌گیری (4 ‌بار به‌عنوان خط پایه، 4 بار طی درمان و 4 ‌بار در مرحله‌ی پیگیری) به عمل آمد. از مادران دارای کودک 6 تا 12 سال مبتلا به به نقص‌توجه/بیش‌فعالی شهر اصفهان به همراه کودکانشان، 6 مادر-کودک (12 نفر) شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و تصادفاً در دو گروه درمان ارتباطی والد-کودک و درمان تعاملی والد-کودک جایگزین شدند. سپس 11 جلسه درمان ارتباطی والد-کودک برای گروه اول و 12 جلسه درمان تعامل والد-کودک برای گروه دوم اجرا شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه مهارت‌های ارتباطی جرابک (2004) و مقیاس سازگاری اجتماعی واینلند (1935) بود. نتایج نشان داد درمان ارتباطی والد-کودک و درمان تعامل والد-کودک بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی کودکان مبتلا به نقص‌توجه/بیش‌فعالی تاثیر داشته‌اند (05/0>p)؛ لیکن تنها درمان ارتباطی والد-کودک بر سازگاری اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به نقص‌توجه/ بیش‌فعالی تاثیرات پایدار داشته است. بنابراین درمان ارتباطی والد-کودک نسبت به درمان تعامل والد-کودک نقش موثرتری در بهبود مهارت‌های ارتباطی و سازگاری اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به نقص‌توجه/ بیش‌فعالی ایفا کند.
