چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و تدوین الگوی توانمندسازی زنان حاشیه‌نشین انجام گردیده است. این تحقیق با روش ترکیبی (کیفی–کمی) از نوع اکتشافی انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق پرسشنامه طی سال 1398 جمع‌آوری‌شده و در همین راستا در بخش کیفی با به کارگیری روش هدفمند قضا و تیم در بخش کمی نمونه آماری را 357 نفر زنان حاشیه‌نشین شهرستان اهواز تشکیل دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از فن کدگذاری (باز و محوری) و در بخش کمی از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی) بهره گرفته شد. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده در پژوهش حاضر برگرفته از نظرات خبرنگاران فعال در حوزه زنان و زنان حاشیه‌نشین شهر اهواز در سه بعد روان‌شناختی (با 18 کدباز) و اقتصادی (با 11 کدباز) و فرهنگی‌اجتماعی (با 31 کدباز) بوده است سپس الگوی توانمندسازی زنان شهر اهواز ترسیم گردید. زنان حاشیه‌نشین در بسیاری از موارد علی‌الخصوص موضوعات اجتماعی خانوادگی، همسرداری، کودک‌پروری و حتی موضوعاتی از قبیل بارداری و سلامت بی‌توجه هستند که اساس این بی‌توجهی، عدم آگاهی در این زمینه می‌باشد و برای بالا بردن سطح آگاهی آنان باید به توانمندسازی آن‌ها در ابعاد روان‌شناختی، فرهنگی اجتماعی و اقتصادی پرداخته شود.

چکیده [English]

Empowering local communities is a way to properly distribute sustainable social, economic, cultural and psychological resources. Relying on internal capacity and prioritizing needs to provide conditions for self-improvement and sustainable development of communities such as women and marginalization only through empowerment they are available. This study was conducted with the aim of designing and compiling an empowerment model for marginalized women in Ahvaz city.

Method
This research has been carried out by a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) of exploratory type. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and questionnaires during 1998. In this regard, in the qualitative section, using the purposeful judgment method of 10 experts Facilitators and journalists who have been active in this field have been selected and in a small statistical sample, 357 women in the suburbs of Ahvaz have been selected. In the qualitative part, coding technique (open, axial) was used to analyze the data. Results
The data obtained in the present study were taken from the opinions of experts active in the field of women and women living in the suburbs of Ahvaz in three dimensions of psychological (with 18 open codes) and economic (with 11 open codes) and socio-cultural (with 31 open codes).
