مقایسه اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت و روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا با رویکرد بهباشی بر ناگویی هیجانی، رفتار سازگارانه و پیروی از درمان بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت و روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا با رویکرد بهباشی بر ناگویی هیجانی، رفتار سازگارانه و پیروی از درمان بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود. طرح پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. حجم نمونه شامل 45 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. از این تعداد، 15 نفر به گروه آزمایش درمان مبتنی بر شفقت، 15 نفر به گروه آزمایش روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا با رویکرد بهباشی و 15 نفر به گروه گواه به صورت تصادفی ساده گمارده شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش از مقیاس آلکسی تایما تورنتو (باگبی و همکاران، 1994)، مقیاس سازگاری روانی اجتماعی با بیماری (دروگاتیس، 1990) و پرسشنامه پیروی از درمان (مدانلو، 2013) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش درمان مبتنی بر شفقت 8 جلسه مداخله دو ساعته و همچنین گروه آزمایش روان‌شناسی مثبت‌گرا با رویکرد بهباشی نیز 8 جلسه دو ساعته دریافت کردند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد هر دو رویکرد درمانی در مرحله پس‌آزمون بر ناگویی هیجانی، رفتار سازگارانه و پیروی از درمان بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 تأثیر معنی‌داری داشته‌اند (05/0>p). بین دو روش درمانی در هر یک از متغیرهای وابسته تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. براساس یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت بکارگیری هر دو رویکرد درمانی بر کاهش ناگویی هیجانی و افزایش سطح رفتار سازگارانه و نیز پیروی از درمان اثرگذار هستند.
