چکیده

این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر اضطراب اجتماعی، سازگاری اجتماعی و هوش هیجانی پرداخته است. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل دانشجویان دوره‌ی کارشناسی دانشگاه شهید چمران بود که در سال تحصیلی 87-86 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از میان این دانشجویان 120 نفر به طور تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب و در چهار گروه 30 نفری (آزمایشی دختر و پسر و گواه دختر و پسر) گمارده شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده عبارتند از: پرسش‌نامه‌ی خود-گزارشی هوش هیجانی براکت و همکاران، اضطراب اجتماعی ماتیک و کلارک و سازگاری اجتماعی مظاهری. طرح پژوهش از نوع آزمایش میدانی، با پیش آزمون-پس آزمون و پی‌گیری با گروه گواه است. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه‌ی 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش هوش هیجانی قرار گرفتند. پس از اعمال مداخله‌ی آزمایشی، بار دیگر میزان اضطراب اجتماعی، سازگاری اجتماعی و هوش هیجانی گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه سنجیده شد. پس از 8 هفته از آزمودنی‌ها پی‌گیری به عمل آمد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس‌های چندمتغیری بیانگر تفاوت معنی‌دار بین اضطراب اجتماعی، سازگاری اجتماعی و هوش هیجانی گروه‌ها است. در ضمن، بین دو جنس از لحاظ تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر متغیرهای وابسته تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. اثر درمان بعد از هشت هفته هم چنان ادامه داشت.

چکیده [English]

The present study examined the effects of emotional intelligence training on social anxiety, social adjustment and emotional intelligence of Shahid Chamran University students. In this study experimental-control, with pretest-posttest and follow-up design, was used. The related population consists of all Shahid Chamran University undergraduate students. The sample includes 120 students who were selected randomly, according to a multistage sampling method. The instruments employed in this research were self-rated Emotional Intelligence Scale, by Brackett, Social Anxiety Scale, by Mattick and Clarke, and Social Adjustment, by Mazahari. The results of ANOVA and MANOVA showed that emotional intelligence training significantly reduced social anxiety and increased social adjustment and emotional intelligence; but there was no significant difference between girls and boys. In addition, the effects of emotional intelligence training intervention lasted for eight weeks.
