IntroductionAttachment to God is defined as a person's relationship and emotional orientation to God. Various factors are related to people's attachment to God, it seems that one of these factors is spiritual intelligence, which includes guidance and inner knowledge, maintaining intellectual balance, inner and outer peace, and acting with insight, gentleness, and kindness, it is included. Spiritual intelligence was first proposed by Zohar and Marshal (2001). Considering the importance and basic role of students in maintaining the psycho-social balance of society and considering the various personal and professional problems and issues that students face, it is felt necessary to plan to solve the problems they face. In the current research, we were able to use the person's image of God as a mediating variable to see how this variable affects students' attachment to God by influencing spiritual intelligence and moral intelligence. Therefore, based on what has been said, the originality of the research has been suggested and it can be said that the purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of a person's image of God in the relationship between spiritual intelligence and moral intelligence with attachment to God in the students MethodTo achieve the goals of the research, the correlation method was used, and to check the hypotheses of the research, the modeling method of the path analysis type was used. The statistical population was formed by all the students of the Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz branch in the academic year 2018-2019, and 200 questionnaires were provided to the subjects by the available sampling method. Finally, 168 questionnaires from eligible people were analyzed. In this study, the mean and standard deviation of the age of the subjects were 29.11 and 5.87, respectively. The research tools were questionnaires on attachment to God (Beck & McDonald, 2006), spiritual intelligence (Abdollahzadeh et al., 2008), moral intelligence (Lennick & Kiel, 2005), and a person's image of God (Klein, 1993). The evaluation of the proposed model was done using the path analysis method. ResultsResults showed that the proposed model fit the data properly. The results also showed that all direct paths except the path of moral intelligence to the attachment to God were significant. Indirect paths also were significant through one's image of God as an attachment to God. DiscussionThe purpose of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of one's image of God in the relationship between spiritual intelligence and moral intelligence with attachment to God in students. The findings of the research showed that there is a direct and positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and attachment to God, and this hypothesis was confirmed. This means that the higher the level of spiritual intelligence, the greater the attachment to God. Also, the results showed that there is a positive and direct relationship between spiritual intelligence and a person's image of God, and this hypothesis was confirmed by the study of Anisi (2013) and Chabokinezhad and Hoseinian (2011) are consistent. Another finding of the research showed that there is a positive and direct relationship between moral intelligence and a person's image of God, and this hypothesis was confirmed. The sense by increasing the moral intelligence of students, it can be expected that the individual's image of God will increase. Another finding of the research also showed that there is a positive relationship between a person's image of God and attachment to God, and this hypothesis was confirmed. This means that by increasing the image of God among the students, it can be expected that their attachment to God will increase.

The present study focuses on the relationship between personality traits and the preparedness for drug addiction in the workers of an industrial company in the city of Mehran. 115 of the company’s workers were chosen for the study based on availability. They answered 4 questionnaires pertaining to personality traits, life satisfaction, spiritual intelligence and the Iranian (version of the) questionnaire of the preparedness for addiction. This study is correlational in nature and the data were analysed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and a multivariate regression analysis. The findings showed a positive relationship between neurosis and the preparedness for addiction. A negative relationship was found between other predictive variables and the preparedness for addiction. The highest correlation was related to neurosis, which was the study’s most important predictive variable. There was no significant relationship between openness and the preparedness for addiction. The linear multivariate regressive analysis for personality traits, life satisfaction and spiritual intelligence with the preparedness for addiction was significant at 0.05. Findings support a relationship between personal traits, , life satisfaction and spiritual intelligence with the preparedness for drug addiction in the workers of this company.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of teaching spiritual intelligence components on increasing the organizational citizenship behavior and general health. The statistical population consisted of all female teachers in Khorramabad city. Teaching spiritual intelligence components during 5 educational sessions was taken as an independent variable while increasing the organizational citizenship behavior and general health were regarded as dependent variables. The present research was a field experimental design with a pretest-posttest design and a control group. The research instruments were Sohrabi and Naseri's spiritual intelligence questionnaire, Podsakoff, Mackenzi, Paine and Bechrach's organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire and Goldberg and Hillier's general health questionnaire. Research sampling consisted of 40 teachers in Khorramabad city who worked at the academic year of 2011-2012 and were selected with an available random sampling method. The results of multivariate analysis indicated that the training of spiritual intelligence components resulted in the promotion of organizational citizenship behavior and general health (P<0/0001).

This research investigated the impact of spiritual intelligence training on psychological well-being dimensions, existential anxiety, and spiritual quotient (SQ). The study was a field experimental design with pretest-posttest and control group. The participants were 112 undergraduate male and female students of Ahvaz Faculty of Petroleum who were selected randomly and were divided randomly into experimental and control groups (48 experimental and 46 control cases) Instruments included King's Spiritual Intelligence Scale (SISRI-24), Ryff's Psychological Well-being Scales, with six dimensions, and Good’s Existential Anxiety Scale. After examining experimental and control groups via pretest, spiritual intelligence was taught to experimental group based on 7 steps of Bowell’s SQ-training package in 15 sessions (60 minutes each). Then posttest was taken from both groups. Multivariate and univariate analysis of variances revealed that spiritual intelligence training significantly increased the six dimensions of psychological well-being, including Self-Acceptance, Purpose in Life, Personal Growth, Environmental Mastery, Autonomy, and Positive Relationships, of the experimental group in comparison with the control group. Also, the training appeared to increase spiritual intelligence, and decrease existential anxiety of the experimental group significantly.

The purpose of this research was the validation of King’s Spiritual Intelligence Scale (SISRI-24) among students at university of Isfahan. Statistical population of the study was all students in academic year of 2008-2009, out of which 250 students were selected randomly. The research method was descriptive. The Data was analyzed by SPSS-15 & AMOS softwares, and its reliability of Chronbach's alpha was 0.88. Content and face validity of the scale were confirmed by the experts in psychology. For estimating concurrent validity, Gobari's Spiritual Experience Questionnaire was used and the alpha was 0.66. Exploratory factor analysis and first-order confirmatory factor analysis were used to assess construct validity. This study confirmed the three-factor of 24-item structure of SISRI. Findings showed that SISRI-24 is a valid scale for measuring spiritual intelligence. Regarding to its proper validity and reliability, this scale can be used in academic settings.
