Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of the Blueprint for Happiness Program on psychological well-being and happiness of male students in the second grade high school. This study was conducted using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest design with a three-month follow-up and a control group. The statistical population of the research included male students in the second cycle of high school in Sabzevar city in the academic year 2024-2025. In this research, 80 participants were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (40 students in each group). The experimental group received the Blueprint for Happiness Program in 5 two-hour sessions. The research instruments included the Ryff Scale of Psychological Well-Being (RSPWB) and the Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI). The data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance with repeated measures. The results showed that the Blueprint for Happiness Program had a significant effect on psychological well-being and happiness of male students (p < 0.001). Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Blueprint for Happiness Program, by simultaneously strengthening affective (happiness) and eudaimonic (psychological well-being) components, is an effective and sustainable intervention for promoting students' flourishing in educational environments.
