چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تأثیر درمان یکپارچۀ فراتشخیصی بر تنظیم هیجان و بهبود علائم اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلال‌گر انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر یک طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع طرح خط پایه چندگانه با 3 آزمودنی متفاوت (8، 9 و 10 سال) بود که طی 15 جلسه درمانی و دو دوره پیگیری 2ماهه اجرا شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا و درصد بهبودی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مورداستفاده شامل چک‌لیست تنظیم هیجان و مقیاس تحریک‌پذیری عاطفی بود. یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده، نشان داد که هر سه کودک مبتلا به اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلال‌گر، درمان یکپارچۀ فراتشخیصی باعث کاهش هیجانات منفی، افزایش هیجانات مثبت، تنظیم هیجان انطباقی و نیز بهبود علایم اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلال‌گر در مرحله مداخله گردید و دستاوردهای درمانی در دو دوره‌ی 2ماهه پیگیری حفظ شد. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، درمانگران کودک برای کمک به تنظیم هیجان و بهبود علائم کودکان دچار اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلال‌گر می‌توانند از این پروتکل مؤثر درمانی استفاده نمایند.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of Unified Transdiagnostic treatment on improving emotional regulation and symptoms of DMDD disorder. The present study was a single case pilot design of multiple baseline designs with different subjects that were performed on 3 patients (8,9,10 years) in 15 sessions with Two follow-up periods of 2 months. Data were analyzed using visual drawing methods, stable change index, and recovery percentage. The instruments used included an Emotion Regulation Checklist and the affective reactivity Index. The obtained findings showed that for all three children with a disruptive mood disorder, Unified Transdiagnostic treatment reduced negative emotions, increased positive emotions, Adaptive Emotion Regulation, and improved the symptoms of disruptive mood disorder in the intervention phase and therapeutic achievements were maintained in two 2-month follow-up periods. The results showed the effectiveness of Unified Transdiagnostic treatment in the affective reactivity Index and emotion regulation subscales in these children. It can be concluded that unified transdiagnostic treatment can be effective in the improvement of symptoms of DMDD disorder and the emotional regulation of children with DMDD. Therefore, the use of this method is recommended by experts in this field.
Compared with the diagnostic criteria of Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD) and research on comorbidities, research on the treatment of DMDD is scarce.
