According to the critical role of cultural components in emotional situations and emotion regulation, exploring the emotion regulation in cultural context seems essential. For this purpose, the present study was performed as a qualitative assessment based on Strauss and Corbin grounded theory approche. There were two informant sources participated in this study. First, 31 Iranian women and, second, nine psychologists who were expert in the field of emotions. Data collected by the in-depth interviews for the first informant source and semi-structured interviews for the second informant source. After considering the trustworthiness of study, results showed five main themes: A) Social Characteristics; B) Personal Characteristics; C) Emotional Passivity; D) Active Responsiveness; F) Emotional Effect. According to qualitative paradigm Social Characteristics and Personal Characteristics consider as contextual conditions of emotion regulation, Emotional Passivity and Active Responsiveness consider as two categories of emotion regulations which are included 10 different emotion regulation strategies, and Emotional Effect consider as consequences of using different types of emotion regulation strategies.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness and comparisons of Adler's Individual counseling with Ellis rational-emotional behavioral therapy on conduct disorder in the sixth grade elementary students of Maragheh city. In order to do this research, we selected 30 students, who’s scores were more than 35, according to the available sampling in the Conduct Disorder Questionnaire (RSDCD) and they were placed randomly in three Adler, Ellis, and control groups which each group had 10 participants. The independent variable for Adler and Ellis groups was conducted in eight 35-minutes sessions during three consecutive weeks. But the control group continued their normal course of study. The research method to Control group was semi-experimental, and pre or post-test type. The results of covariance analysis showed that in both Adler and Ellis groups in comparison with the control group, the severity of symptoms Conduct Disorder has been decreased, and the results of post hoc test (LSD), showed that the rate of conduct disorder in the Ellis group was less than the Adler and cotrolgroup, and the rate of conduct disorder in the Adler’s counseling group is lower than the control group. So, we can conclude that both Adler and Elise's methods are beneficial to reduce the symptoms of conduct disorder, but the effectiveness of Ellis's rational-emotional behavioral therapy is more than Adler's Individual counseling.

The present study aimed to evaluate the performed life skills training program in high schools of Khuzestan province using Cipp evaluation model (CIPP). The population studied was consisted of three subclasses (students, counselors, and administrators), chosen by the use of multi-stage random sampling and census methods. To do this, first, the general framework of the factors and markers necessary in the assessment of life skills training program based on Syp model (context, input, process and output) was determined using factors, markers and specifying judgment criteria. Then, by the use of codified factors and markers the research tools including the students, teachers, administrators and experts surveys, their validity (face and content validity) was developed and the reliability (Cronbach's alpha) was calculated. Analysis of the findings showed that among the 23 assessed factors 21 factors were the "optimal" and the 2 others number were assessed "relatively good" and the overall evaluation of the project was assessed "good" respectively.

Organizations, particulary, sport organizations need employees who have been in high level of organizational citizenship behavior so as to be capable to present qualified services to their clients and achieve their organization’s goals by engaging client’s satisfaction. This type of behavior needs employee’s voice in order toward organization’s goals. Therefore the aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational identity(OI) in the causal relationship between types of organizational silence(OS) with organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) among staff of youth and sport organizations of Khuzestan province and providing a conceptual model. Statistical population was all of the staff of youth and sport organizations of the Khuzestan province. Statistical samples were chosen by simple random sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan table(210 person; 143-male, 58-female). In order to collect data, OS questionnaire (Dyne, Ang, & Botero, 2003), OI questionnaire(Cheney, 1983), and OCB questionnaire (Podsakeff et al, 1990), were used. Data analysis and examining proposed model were done through structural equation modeling(SEM), by using SPSS 22 and AMOSE 22 software packages. The results showed that there is a negative and significant relation between OS with OCB, and a positive and significant relation between OI with OCB. Also the results revealed that OI can play moderate role in relationship between OS with OCB. moreover, the results showed that all fit indices have sufficient utility.

Post-traumatic stress disorder is a series of symptoms that is found in the Facing with harmful events. This study was conducted with purpose of investigation the effectiveness of meta-cognitive therapy on thought control strategies in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder. This study was conducted in the context of a single case study using the multiple baselines design. The population of the study included all patients with post-traumatic stress disorder in the city of Tabriz in 2015. The sample, consist of three people with post-traumatic stress disorder were referred to psychiatrist and were selected based on purposive sampling method. Patients were evaluated in pre-treatment, during treatment and follow-up period of six weeks using the thought control strategies inventory, and the Mississippi PTSD scale (MPS). The results of study showed that Meta-cognitive therapy significantly reduce thought control strategies in subjects with post-traumatic stress disorder at post-treatment and follow-up period both statistically and clinically. The results of these three subjects showed the clinical efficacy of Meta-cognitive therapy in a culture different from the culture of the manufacturer's protocol. Metacognitive therapy, through its impact on meta-cognitive beliefs, reduces the use of thought-control strategies for responding to harmful events.

The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesized causal model of antecedents and consequences of teachers’ resiliency in different education levels. The statistical population consisted of all teachers working in primary, middle and secondary education in the city of Bushehr, of which 400 teachers were selected by multistage cluster sampling. Connor-Davidson Resilience Inventory (2003), Work Preference Scale Amabile et al ,Emotion Regulation Questionnaire John and Gross (2003), Life Orientation Test Scheier and Carver (1994), General Self-Efficacy Scale Sherer and Maddox (1982), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support Zimet et al (1988), The Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations Endler and Parker (1990), job performance questionnaire Patterson (1970), Family Questionnaire Asptain and Baldwin (1983) , Quality of Life Questionnaire Weir and Sherbon (1992) and King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008) were used to collect data. Structural Equation Statistical method also used to test the research hypotheses. The results of direct relations antecedent resiliency variables in a given model showed that paths between coping strategies, internal-external motivation, emotional regulation, family performance and spiritual intelligence and resiliency is significant, but direct relationship between social support and optimism and resiliency variables were non-significant. Also, direct relationship between resiliency with outcome variables such as quality of life and job performance were significant but there was not significant relationship between resiliency with self-efficacy. Overall, the model results show that the proposed model indices’ fitness is acceptable. In order to better fitness, a modified version was evaluated. The results imply the improvement of fitness of modified model.

the aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between personal attributes, attributional style and self distinctness with marital infidelity through irrational beliefs mediation. statistical universe included male and female married students of Azad University of Ramhormoz, out of which 230 students were chosen in a multi stage cluster sampling way. Data collection was done using marital infidelity inventory Dyrogoths(1999), short Neoform personality inventory Mckiery and costa(1985), attributional style inventory Patterson (1982), self distinctness inventory Skowron and Friendlander (1998), and the short form of irrational beliefs inventory Jones(1968). data analysis illustrated that neurosis and agreement had a direct positive effect on marital abjuration, but extroversion, conscientiousness, attributional style, and distinctness had a direct negative effect on it. openness had no negative, meaningful effect on marital abjuration. Results of Bootstrap analysis also showed that through irrational beliefes extroversion, openness, agreement, conscientiousness, attributioal style, and self distinctness had indirect effect on marital abjuration. according to the findings , personal attributes, attributional style, self distinctness, and irrational beliefes are predictive of marital abjuration. Therefore, including these factors in pre-marriage trainings and consultation would be of great importance.
