الگوی ساخت سریع دانش مشارکتی برای مواجهه با موقعیت های نوظهور بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی ساخت سریع دانش مشارکتی در مواجهه دانشجویان با موقعیت نامعین بر اساس نظریات اسکاردامالیا، برایتر و استال بود. چهل دانشجوی مهندسی مکانیک ( در قالب هشت تیم پنج نفره) به‌صورت داوطلبانه در مسابقه‌ غلبه بر زمان که توسط اساتید گروه مهندسی مکانیک دانشگاه یزد طراحی شده بود شرکت کردند. دانشجویان در روز مسابقه با مسئله جدیدی ( ساخت قایق بادی برای حمل حداقل یک کیلو بار در کوتاهترین زمان و طی بیشترین مسافت) مواجه شدند. وسایل مشخص و زمان محدودی به صورت مساوی در اختیار همه تیم ها قرار گرفت تا فرآیند ساخت دانش مشارکتی سریع بررسی شود. پس از انجام مراحل ساخت در بازه زمانی5 ساعت و انجام داوری توسط استادان گروه مکانیک، سه گروه به‌عنوان موفق و پنج گروه دیگر به‌عنوان ناموفق نام‌گذاری شدند. روش پژوهش کیفی نظریه داده بنیاد بود. الگوی داده بنیاد بر اساس کدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه گروه‌های کانونی، مشاهده و منابع علمی تدوین شد. نتایج نشان داد که ساخت سریع دانش مشارکتی به عوامل: ارتباطات، سازماندهی تیم، بهره‌گیری از ابزار، برنامه‌ریزی و ایده‌پردازی، انگیزش کسب پیشرفت، کمال‌گرایی و مدیریت‌زمان بستگی دارد.
