چکیده
زمینه و هدف: وجود مشکلات روانی از جمله ویژگیهای شخصیت مرزی می تواند بر رفتار ،شناخت ، ارتباط بین فردی و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان تاثیر منفی بگذارد. شناسایی و ارتباط عواملی همچون ذهن آگاهی،تمایز یافتگی خود و ناگویی خلقی با این ویژگیها مهم است.لذا این مطالعه به منظور بررسی رابطه بین ذهن آگاهی ، تمایز یافتگی خود با ویژگیهای شخصیت مرزی از طریق نقش واسطه ای ناگویی خلقی انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: دراین مطالعه همبستگی توصیفی 309 دانشجوی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان (217 دختر و 92 پسر) از طریق روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های پنج عاملی ذهن اگاهی بائر و همکاران، مقیاس‌ تمایز یافتگی خود اسکورون و فریدلندر، مقیاس ناگویی خلقی تورنتو ، مقیاس شخصیت مرزی لیشنرلینگ پاسخ دادند. پس از جمع‌آوری داده-ها با استفاده از نرم افزارآماری و روش تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: تحلیل ها نشان دادند که ذهن آگاهی و تمایز یافتگی خود از طریق ناگویی خلقی بر تمامی زیر مقیاس های شخصیت مرزی اثر غیر مستقیم منفی دارند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان دادند که ذهن آگاهی و تمایز یافتگی خود به عنوان مهمترین عاملهای پیش بینی ویژگیهای شخصیت مرزی دانشجویان هستند.

Aims and Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the Relationship between mind fullness, Self-differentiation and Borderline personality traits with the mediation role of Alexithymia
Material & Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, 309 students (217 females and 92 males) were recruited from Shahid Bahonar university of Kerman through random clustered sampling method. The instruments used in this study were the Five- facet mindfulness questionnaire (FFMQ), Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS), Borderline Personality inventory (BPI) and Differentiation of Self Inventory (DSI). Data were analyzed through SPSS22 and Mplus5 software packages and using path analysis and mediation analysis.
Findings: Finding indicated that mind fullness and Self-differentiation had a significant indirect negative effect on subscales of borderline personality disorder through the mediating of alexithymia.
Conclusion: Results indicated that mind fullness and Self-differentiation were recognized as the most important variable predicting Borderline personality traits of students.
