بررسی ارتباط شخصیت پویا و معنویت فردی و سازمانی با تعلق شغلی: نقش میانجی معنای کار

چکیده

انسان‌ها به واسطه کار معنای وجودی خویش را می‌یابند و از این جهت کار می‌تواند بنیان و کانون زندگی بشر قلمداد شود. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی این موضوع بود که چگونه شخصیت پویا و معنویت فردی و سازمانی پرستاران می‌تواند سبب بهبود ادراک معناداری کار و تعلق شغلی حاصل از آن شود. طرح این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر کلیه پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1398 می‌باشد که از بین آنها 270 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب گردید. از پرسشنامه‌های معنویت فردی و سازمانی، شخصیت پویا، معناداری کار و تعلق شغلی برای گردآوردی داده استفاده شد. پس از اطمینان از پایایی و روایی ابزار پژوهش، تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار Lisrel 8.8 و با رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که هر چند معنویت فردی، تجارب پرستاران را از معناداری کارشان افزایش نمی‌دهد؛ اما این سازه همراه با متغیرهای معنویت سازمانی و شخصیت پویا می‌توانند به عنوان پیشایندهای تعلق شغلی مد نظر قرار گیرند. در نهایت، شواهد حاکی از تأیید نقش میانجی‌گری نسبی معناداری کار در ارتباط بین این سازه‌های سه گانه با تعلق شغلی در جامعه مورد مطالعه بود.
