مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش ایمن‌سازی در برابر استرس و آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی بر حس‌عاملیت، تنظیم‌هیجانی در نوجوانان پسر

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش ایمن‌سازی در برابر استرس و آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی بر حس-عاملیت، تنظیم‌هیجانی در نوجوانان پسر شهر اهواز بود. طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمـون و گـروه گواه و مرحله پیگیری دوماهه بـود. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش کلیه نوجوانان پسر شهر اهواز در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بود، که از میان آنها 75 دانش‌آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه دوم، بصورت روش تصادفی مرحله‌ای انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه‌آزمایشی و یک گروه گواه (هر گروه 25 نفر) گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش اول تحت آموزش ایمن‌سازی در برابر استرس مایکنباوم (2008) طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای و گروه آزمایش دوم تحت آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی گیلبرت (2009) طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای قرار گرفتندوبرای گروه گواه مداخله‌ای انجام نشد. ابزارهای مـورد اسـتفاده شامل مقیاس حس-عاملیت وودی (2013) و پرسش‌نامه سبک‌های تنظیم‌شناختی‌هیجان فرم کوتاه گارنفسکی و کرایج (2002) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرم افزار SPSS-23 تحلیل شدند. نتایـج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان‌داد که آموزش ایمن‌سازی در برابر استرس و آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی بـر حس عاملیت، تنظیم هیجانی مثبت و منفی نسبت به گروه گواه در نوجوانان پسر تأثیر داشته(001/0>p) و هم‌چنین مشخص شد آموزش ایمن‌سازی در برابر استرس در افزایش حس‌عاملیت و تنظیم‌هیجانی مثبت و کاهش تنظیم‌هیجانی منفی، نسبت به آموزش خودشفقت‌ورزی اثربخشی بیشتر داشته است (001/0>p). نتایج در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بود. ازاین‌رو بکارگیری روش آموزش ایمن-سازی در برابر استرس به عنوان یک مداخله مؤثرتر می‌تواند جهت افزایش حس‌عاملیت و تنظیم‌هیجانی مثبت و کاهش تنظیم‌هیجانی منفی نوجوانان پسر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
