آموزش و تدوین بسته شفقت درمانی بومی بر سلامت روان، سرمایه‌ روانشناختی و سبک زندگی زنان شاغل شهر اصفهان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش آموزش و تدوین بسته شفقت درمانی بومی بر سلامت روان، سرمایه‌ روانشناختی و سبک زندگی زنان شاغل شهر اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش به دو روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا و روش پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان شاغل مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره با گروه سنی 25 تا 45 سال شهر اصفهان و حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر که 15 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه کنترل جایگیری و به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. شفقت درمانی بومی برای زنان گروه آزمایش (در 8 جلسه) هر هفته دو جلسه به مدت 90 دقیقه اجراء شد. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری شامل پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ (1972)، پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتاتز (2007) و پرسشنامه سبک زندگی میلر اسمیت (1988) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند‌متغیره و تک‌متغیره و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در سطح ⍺=0/05 بین میانگین نمرات پس آزمون سبک زندگی، سلامت روان و سرمایه‌ روانشناختی زنان گروه آزمایش و کنترل وجود داشت. اندازه اثر نشان‌دهنده این است که در نمرات پس‌آزمون متغیر سبک زندگی 33 درصد، متغیر سلامت روان 66 درصد، و در متغیر سرمایه‌ روانشناختی 40 درصد، تحت تاثیر آموزش بسته بومی شفقت درمانی قرار دارد . بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت، آموزش شفقت درمانی بومی بر سبک زندگی، سلامت روان و سرمایه‌ روانشناختی زنان شاغل پژوهش حاضر تاثیر داشته است.
