چکیده

هدف این پژوهش طراحی و تدوین الگوی تقویت روحیه و فرهنگ کارآفرینی در دانش‌آموزان دوره اول و دوم متوسطه بود. به این منظور تعداد 424 نفر (223 پسر و 201 دختر) از دانش آموزان دوره اول و دوم که در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 در یکی از مدارس متوسطه شهر بندرعباس مشغول به تحصیل بودند، به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش حاضر، همبستگی و از نوع تحلیل مسیر می باشد. داده‌های این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های جو روانی–اجتماعی کلاس (C.E.Q.)؛ مقیاس جو عاطفی خانواده (A.F.C.)؛ مقیاس شخصیت فکری ((I.P.S.؛ مقیاس احساس شایستگی (SCS)؛ پرسشنامه خلاقیت رند سیپ (R.C.Q.)؛ پرسشنامه سخت کوشی (H.S.)؛ انگیزه پیشرفت (A.M.T.) و روحیه کارآفرینی (E.M.Q.) جمع آوری شده‌اند. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی معادلات ساختاری روابط علی بین متغیرهای یاد شده از برازش قابل قبولی برخوردار هستند و همه مسیرهای یاد شده بجز شخصیت فکری منعطف، منفعل، منتقد، به احساس شایستگی و احساس شایستگی به سخت کوشی و روحیه کارآفرینی در سطح 0001p </ معنی‌دار بودند. به طور کلی، نتایج نشان داد که جو روانی–اجتماعی کلاس، جو عاطفی خانواده، شخصیت فکری مستبد، از طریق احساس شایستگی با روحیه کارآفرینی رابطه معنی‌دار دارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود برای تقویت روحیه و فرهنگ کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان محیط غنی (در خانه، مدرسه و اجتماع) فراهم گردد

چکیده [English]

This article focuses on designing and elaborates a model for strengthening the mentality and culture of entrepreneurship in first and second grade high school students. To this end, 424 (223 males and 201 females) from the first and second year students who were studying in Bandar Abbas high school were selected by cluster random sampling method in the academic year of 2017-18. The study method is correlation and path analysis. Data were collected through Psycho-Social Class Atmosphere Questionnaire (CAQ), Family Affective Affluence Scale (FAAC), Intellectual Personality Scale (IPS), Competence Scale (CS), Rand-Sip Creativity Questionnaire (RCQ), Achievement Modeling Questionnaire (AMT) and Entrepreneurial Moral Questionnaire (EMQ) have been gathered. The proposed model evaluation showed that the proposed model of structural equation for the causal relationships between these variables is of an acceptable fit and that all of these pathways except for the flexible, passive, critical personality, the sense of competence and sense of competence to hard working and entrepreneurial moral at the level of P ≤ 0.0001. Overall, the results showed that the psychosocial climate of the class, the family affective atmosphere, the authoritarian personality, has a signifacant relationship through the sense of competence with the entrepreneurial moral It is proposed to provide students with the enriching environment and culture (at home, school and community).
